Charles Raphael Phillips was born March 7, 1977 to Bobbie Ann and Charles B. Phillips passed away on Saturday April 18, 2020 at the age of 43.

Charles Raphael Phillips preceded in death by his loving wife of 19 years Lateefah Phillips and their two beautiful children Laila and Charles Jr. sisters Jerrica (Preston), Dushwana (Drexel) and brother Kevin. He also leaves behind two nieces Janae, Jazmin, and two nephews Jalen and Kevin Jr. All his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Charles was an amazing father and husband. He was compassionate, caring, and loved spending time with his family. Charles touched the life of so many people with his great sense of humor, and his love of sports. We lost a great soul, a warm human being, and a good man. He will truly be missed by his friends and family.
